CVR is helping local government become a lot more accessible for 940,000 residents and 75,000 businesses that call Indianapolis or Marion County home.
Through a two-year process called Shift Indy, Indy.gov is re-imagining how constituents connect with local government. It is applying modern, efficient technology solutions to outdated, manual processes. It’s investing taxpayer dollars into applications that make government easy to navigate, simple to interact with and available 24/7. Indy.gov is digitizing local government and building more than a website, it’s building a brand new digital city hall.
Success for this initiative will be measured in decrease of in-person visits to the City-County Building and reduction in the number of expensive paper processes. By making the majority of City and County services available 24/7 on both desktop and mobile devices, Indy.gov is creating a local government that truly works.
CVR was tasked with branding the two-year process and generating awareness and excitement about Indy’s new digital city hall efforts and announcing specific services as they roll out. Public outreach efforts include public meetings, media relations, social media strategy and content generation. CVR is also creating printed collateral materials and advertising.
