INDIANAPOLIS (April 21, 2023) – CVR, Indiana’s longest running advertising and public relations firm, has hired Kevin Kelly as Vice President of Media. In this role, he will lead traditional and digital media strategy for the agency and its clients.
Kelly was most recently Vice President, Managing Director at KSM South in Austin, TX. KSM South is a branch of Kelly Scott Madison, a media strategy and investment firm headquartered in Chicago.

Prior to his time at KSM South, Kelly held positions at several media agencies based in the Midwest. He began his career at TN Media in Chicago, followed by a stint at Zenith Media, before moving to MZD in Indianapolis. Kelly later returned to Chicago, where he spent several years at Starcom working on the General Motors account before moving to Kelly Scott Madison. He earned a bachelor’s degree in mass communication and media from Indiana University.
Kelly has worked with several regional and national B2B and B2C clients in his tenure ranging from restaurant groups including Cici’s Pizza, Chuy’s Restaurants, Whataburger to beverage companies such as Tito’s Handmade Vodka and automotive brands including Chevrolet, Buick, and GMC.
