Central Indiana Orthopedics (CIO), a long-standing independent orthopedic practice in Indiana, wanted agency assistance in rebranding and sustaining its business in legacy markets. It also needed help building business in expansion markets, especially Fishers, Indiana, where more established practices already had a foothold.
CVR immediately recognized CIO’s brand messages were scattered and lacked focused positioning. CVR created a new brand platform focusing CIO on its core competencies of extraordinary patient care, state-of-the-art surgical techniques and full spectrum of orthopedic services. New creative was generated and distributed through both traditional and digital media in its core geographies. A robust social media strategy overlaid the effort, giving CIO its first organized marketing presence across all its markets. CVR also designed and oversaw creation of a new website for CIO that further reinforced their new branding and established them as experts in care.
As a result of the campaign, walk-in patients are increasing at the Fishers location, providing CIO more patient volume overall.
