Following several months of planning, hard work and drive, CVR celebrated its own “victory lap” after delivering a winning campaign for Bryant Heating & Cooling. Each year in May, Bryant hosts a Dealer Rally in Indianapolis, culminating with the Indianapolis 500. It’s an exciting weekend for Bryant, its distributors and other Bryant dealers from across North America. This is a project that we get revved up about every year.
As the “pit crew” for Bryant on this project, CVR developed the theme, created the marketing and event materials, produced videos and managed a hotel takeover. We worked closely with our client to ensure their business objectives and key messages were incorporated into all aspects of the weekend rally. From the minute their dealers walked through the doors of the Indianapolis Marriott East on Thursday to the evening event on Sunday, Bryant dealers could see and feel the excitement!
The theme “Make Your Mark” was the driving force behind the celebration of Bryant’s best dealers – and it was incorporated into every design element we created. Bryant’s sponsorship of driver Tony Kanaan, and the annual theme allowed for some unique designs and messaging.
